At KAZO TOYS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
